Très contents du calme et de la liaison facile avec le centre (san marco) même le soir tard. Les enfants (ados) ont même pu rentrer seuls à l'hôtel dans la journée quand ils étaient fatigués. Besoin d'une meilleure signalisation indiquant l'hotel quand on arrive la 1ere fois en vaporetto à la station santa elena.

Super lage, zweckmäßiges Hotel, zweckmässige saubere Zimmer, leichter Schimmelbefall in der Dusche (Zimmer 311), Frühstück sollte abwechslungsreicher sein. Wir würden gern wieder kommen, denn die genannten Dinge sind abstellbar und nicht schwerwiegend. Schade das es keinen Fitnessraum oder ein Schwimmbad gibt - doch die Lage und das Wecken mit den Nationalhymne pünktlich 07:55 waren einfach super! Jeden Morgen das gleiche Frühstück kalte Eier auch im Land des Espresso könnte es zum Frühstück frischen Kaffee Crema geben.

Would be practical to have a hanger for coats out of the wardrobe bcs coats might be wet, dusty , smelling - there was no chance to hang outside the wardrobe... Bed : the matrasses in room 314 where used up, we both rolled into the "valley" Breakfast : the room is too small fro so many guest, it is difficult to move, guest have to be slim shaped; the offer of ham & suadage should varify a little bit from day to day. Reception hall : not a good impression for the standard of the hotel; ist is dull, pulls down at arrival...it a shame for the location& house

First and foremost an apology to you, as your stay was not pleasant. We are very sorry our room was not in the best conditions. Certainly, if you had noticed those observations to our staff we would have immediately serviced or changed your room for correctness. Anyway, we already informed the Housekeeping Manager of this inefficiency so that the responsible will be reprimanded.

We are here to better serve your lodging needs and for this reason we hope you will come back soon to visit us.

Le cadre de l'hotel est idéal pour un week-end reposant et dépaysant. Le personnel est aimable et très accueillant à l'exception du personnel présent dans la salle de restauration. La chambre était très bien mais très salle. Des tonnes de poussiéres sous le lit, des meubles non dépoussiérés et un échantillon sur 2 vide dans la salle de bain. Pour un 4 étoiles la propreté est donc très médiocre et les murs pas très épais (nous avons entendu l'ecoulement des eaux dans les canalisations tout le long de notre séjour).

Firstly, we do appreciate the fact that the hotel is in a quit surrounding, the rooms are clean, contemporary and in accordance of what you see on the internet site. Secondly: I would like to thank the staff of Hotel Sant'elena: I fell ill on the day we were to leave and we asked for the possibility of a small room to use before leaving for the airport, this was provided very kindly, which is a gesture we will not forget: this is our second stay at the hotel, but definitely not our last!

Hotel parfait. Nous etions deja venus 3 fois. Situation tres agreable pour la Biennale et au calme. Il manque des porte serviettes dans la salle de bains.

The rooms in the garden are not as nice as in the main building, - that was unexpected. Thank you for the bottle of sparkling wine, which we enjoyed!

Bathroom had still dirty towels from the previous guests upon our arrival. Dust on the nightstand table upon arrival that was there until the day we left. Total inexistence of slippers in the room. Some lights in the room switched on and off intermitently.
