Dans l'ensemble trés bien, mais un reproche à un jeune serveur: étant dans u autre pays que le mien, j'ai essayé de parler la langue du pays, je me suis fait remballer par ce jeune serveur, celui qui est mince, avec une boucle d'oreille... Il m'a dit de lui parler Français, car il ne comprenait pas mon Italien, et ce sur un ton peut ommercial. J'ai été vexé, mais à comparaison des autres commerçants Venizien, il est gentil. Car les commerçants de Venise, c'est des CONS....

The hotel is extremely well situated in a quiet, but accessible, part of Venice. The staff are very friendly. My only negative would be the quality of the air conditioning in the room, being weak.

After several stays during the last years, we experienced a continuous improvement of the overall quality of the Hotel Sant'Elena.

Shower and bathroom are not so convenient. TV channels could be more international.

Minor dissatisfactions: 1. Bathtub not clean at all! 2. Was billed for glasses of wine not consumed in the resturant.

Very nice conversion of the convent to hotel. Great location close to park and vaporetto stop, pleasant neighbourhood. Breakfast staff very smartly attired - nice breakfast spread. Air-conditioning wasn't working for one night.

Wir hatten die einzige Suite mit Sonnenterrasse. Erst auf mehrmaligem Nachfragen wurden uns die Auflagen für die Liegen etc. gebracht. Aschenbecher auf der Terrasse wurden z. B. nicht geleert. Am Abreisetag wurden für die nächsten Gäste die gleichen Badetücher auf den Liegen genutzt. Ebenso wurden die Klimaanlagengitter mit einem Handtuch aus dem Bad gereinigt. Das geht aus unserer Sicht gar nicht. Für eine Suite hätten wir etwas mehr an Service und Qualität erwartet. Ansonsten war aber alles bestens.

Nel complesso positivo, albergo bello immerso in una venezia che non conoscevo, a due passi da uno splendido parco, lontano dai turisti e quindi dal caos tipico di venezia! assolutamente da rifare!
