I had a great stay. Loved the location by the park. Enjoyed dining in both the hotel restaurant and the outside cafe around the corner. The only negative was the location of the TV relative to the bed.

Très bon séjour, chambre agréable, literie très confortable. Hôtel très bien situé pour être au calme, à l'écart de l'agitation, mais très facilement accessible à pied (15mn) ou en vaporetto.

It was a good choise to stay at Hotel Sant' Elena. That help a lot to have a very pleasant time in a beautiful place, as Venice. Nice and peaceful area, away from the touristic areas but very close to the vaporetto station. I strongly recommented that hotel to all my friends!!!

We were very impressed with the decor and size of the rooms particularly the preservation of original features. The staff were very helpful and the proximity to venice's main attractions allowed us to see all the sights. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Location was a little isolated but I knew that when I booked your hotel, but with great location of water taxis and healthy walk it was no problem. Room was very nice and very quiet. Internet access - I could read my emails but I could not send out any emails - this was very difficult. Breakfast was great and Restaurant for dinner was very nice.

The staff was great. When we arrived there was a long line for check-in and they were able to get everyone through quickly and still answer all our questions without acting rushed. They also had a bellhop who brought our bags up to the room for us which was nice. The breakfast was very good, it was the best we had in Italy. Everything was fresh and high quality. The hours for the breakfast service were very convienent and not limited at all. The rooms were clean and nice, the bed was very comfortable. I loved the garden near the hotel. I liked that it was in a more residential area because it was quieter and we got a better expierence away from all the tourists. We had a great stay at Sant'Elena.

The free internet in the lobby was a nice surprise since nothing in Venice is free! The staff was very helpful in finding ways for us to get to the airport by 5:30am and even let us know about another couple that was going to the airport early so we could split a water taxi ride. The continental breakfast was outstanding - they even gave us boxed breakfasts for the last morning since our flight left so early.

Very Good hotel, very good rooms and spotlessly clean and service, add a little more variety to your breakfast and improve your terrible wi-fi!
