2nd stay. Good choice as usual with odd points above that could be improved. Will stay again because of the location away from the centre and the ease of access from the airport, with just one change at Lido.

I've discovered the hotel just when it opened, i was happy to come back several years later and to realize that it has not changed : a nice spot, a perfect service even... when it rains ! I'm journalist writing about architecture and hôtels.

Positiv: Sehr schönes, gutes Hotel. Ruhige Lage. Zimmer in modernem Design. Vaporetto-Station ganz in der Nähe. Wir werden wiederkommen. Negativ: Die erste Etage in der Superiorsuite ist sehr dunkel. Außerdem funktionierten einige Lampen nicht. Die Dachterrasse wurde schon länger nicht mehr sauber gemacht (Aschenbecker voll mit alten Teebeuteln und Papiertaschentüchern, alten Plastiktüten). Wenig Ablagefläche im Badezimmer.

Excelente el detalle que tuvieron con nosotros por ser nuestra luna de miel, nos regalaron una botella de vino espumoso.

Très Bon Hôtel avec service de qualité et personnel accueillant. Nous y sommes restés plusieurs nuits et très satisfaits. Nous y retournerons si nous revenons à Venise.

Très bon séjour, hotel un peu excentré mais finalement c'est plutôt un plus qu'un moins.

Wir haben uns in Ihrem Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt. Freundlicherweise bekamen wir einen Upgrade auf eine Suite. Die ruhige Lage abseits vom Trubel hat uns besonders gefallen. Ihr freundliches Personal ist ebenfalls zu erwähnen. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Venedig kommen, dann werden wir bei Ihnen wohnen.

Sehr freundliches und sehr gutes Personal! Saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstück! Und perfekte Umgebung, da nahe zum Biennalegelände und zum Marcusplatz.
