Avevamo prenotato una suite, quella che ci è stata assegnata, al prezzo di una suite, era una normale camera doppia e neppure molto grande.Il divano era scomodissimo e il letto praticamente incollato alle finestre, Se avessimo voluto fare colazione in camera sarebbe stato impossibile : tavolino troppo piccolo e una sola sedia. Non posso dare giudizi sul ristorante dato che non ci è stato possibile fruirne, se avessimo voluto, era già interamente prenotato.

Wir haben uns in Ihrem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut, alles frisch und appetitlich. Die Zimmer sind relativ groß und hochwertig eingerichtet. Auch die Badezimmer sind geräumig. Leider ist auf dem großen Flat-TV nur ein deutsches Programm verfügbar (ZDF). Im Zeitalter der digitalen Satellitentechnik sollte das doch veränderbar sein! Eine Vaporetto-Station befindet sich in unmittelbarer Hotelnähe. Aber auch zu Fuß ist man schnell in der Innenstadt. Wir können das Hotel Sant'Elena nur weiterempfehlen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

A delightful location in Venice. Being situated in a quiet residential area, Sant'Elena Hotel provides both easy access to the bustle of Venice and a pleasant respite when you need more quiet. Modern rooms and a good sense of minimalist design in the furnishings.

The Hotel was a very pleasant place to stay, its location was relaxed and removed from the noisy tourist spots so often associated with Venice. Thank you!

Do something about the noise from the airco in the rooms.

Ich fahre seit 30 Jahren nach Venedig - das Hotel Sant' Elena war das bisher mit Abstand beste und wird nach meinen Vorstellungen mein Stammhotel. Resturant und Bar sind hervorragend, die Umgebung wundervoll! Vielen Dank für die schönen Stunden. Die Einrichtung ist stilsicher und geschmackvoll. Ein sehr schönes Ambiente.

Tout était parfait à l'exception de l'absence (ou presque) de connexion Internet, fort dommage ! Il s'agit de problèmes techniques indépendants de l'hôtel certes, mais un réseau qui ne fonctionne pas dans un hôtel de standing, c'est moyen…
