Valentine’s is exclusively reserved for our Venice hotel guests and is dedicated to the sumptious sensations of the Veneto region.

With a mention in the Gambero Rosso (the most authoritative voice in Italian wine, food and travel) this restaurant is another reason to visit our hotel.

While our Daily Special menu places the emphasis on fresch sea produce it includes various meat courses and the A la Carte menu also offer traditional Venetian dishes, side orders and desserts. Do let us know should you have any special dietary needs.  

The restaurant of a Venice hotel would not be complete without an elegant bar where a guest can sip a masterfully prepared Valentine’s Spritz or celebrate with a Royal Valentine’s Spritz at cocktail hour. It is the quintessential hotel bar in Venice. 


Every day, from 5.30 pm to 11.30 pm our Chef proposes tasty cold dishes as:

Dried Beef, Rocket and Parmesan
Parma ham and mozzarella
Caprese Salad (mozzarella, tomatoes and basil salad)
Chef’s Salad

Valentine’s restaurant is open in the evenings and closed on Sundays.
The chef offers menus for those with wheat allergies and vegetarians upon request.
