What happens in case of late arrival?
Our staff is available to welcome you 24/7.
For all guaranteed reservations, we hold the room until 08:00 the next day.
Is breakfast included in the price?
Breakfast must be paid for and can be purchased directly at the hotel or on-line.
Small pets are allowed with prior notification at the time of reservation.
There is a €10 daily surcharge and a €30 final cleaning fee.
Cancellation / Prepayment Policy
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room type. Please enter the dates of your stay and check the conditions of your required room.
As stated in the cancellation policy, in case of early departure the hotel may charge for the full amount of the first night.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge in the room with their parents.
Cribs, for children up to 2, are available free of charge upon request.
Do you have handicap accessible rooms?
Yes, there are some rooms on the ground floor that are totally accessible to people with disabilities, who are also guaranteed full access to the hotel and to all services.
The tourist tax was introduced by the City of Venice on August 24th, 2011.
The applicable tax in 4 star hotels in the historic center of Venice is € 4.5 per person/ night and it is only imposed to the first 5 nights' accommodation. The tax must be paid directly to the hotel, which in turn will transfer the payment to the City Authorities and does not in any way pertain the payment of Hotel services.
The tax does not apply to children under 10 years. Children between the age of 10 and 15 are entitled to a 50% reduction.
